🚗 מדריך מלא: מה לעשות במקרה של תאונת רכב במונטנגרו
חשוב לכל תייר ישראלי שנוסע במונטנגרו עם רכב שכור

❗ מה לעשות במקרה של תאונה עם נזק לרכב במונטנגרו
1️⃣ לא להזיז את הרכב – אפילו לא מטר אחד
זהו החוק הכי חשוב במונטנגרו.
אסור בתכלית האיסור להזיז את הרכב מהמקום שבו עצר אחרי התאונה — גם אם הוא חוסם את הנתיב או מפריע לתנועה.
למה זה כל כך חשוב?
במונטנגרו החוק קובע שתזוזת הרכב לפני הגעת המשטרה נחשבת לפגיעה בראיות, ועלולה להוביל:
לקנסות גבוהים
לאשמה בתאונה
לשלילת זכויות ביטוח
לבעיות מול חברת ההשכרה
השאירו את הרכב בדיוק במקום שבו עצרתם.
2️⃣ התקשרו מייד למשטרה – 122
בכל תאונה, גם קלה, חובה לדווח למשטרה.
השוטרים יגיעו למקום, יתעדו את המצב ויוציאו דוח רשמי הנדרש לחברות הביטוח והשכרת הרכב. במידה ואם אתם נתקלעתם בבעיה שבמרכז 122 של המשטרה לא מבינים אותוכם ( כמובן עם אתם מנשים לדבר איתם אנגלית ) אז במקרה הזה אני ממליץ להתקשר למרכז הבקרה המוקד החרום הארצי של מונטנגרו למספר 112 במרכז הזה כל מפעיל אמור לדבר אנגלית ולקבל את המקרה החרום שלכם לאפיין אותו ובהתאם למקרה שלכם הם ידוע לתת הנחיה לגופי החרום השונים כמו משטרה , אמבלונס וכיבוי אש
3️⃣ פצועים? קודם כל טיפול רפואי
אם יש נפגעים – הזעיקו אמבולנס: 124.
חיי אדם קודמים לכל, גם לפני צילום או תיעוד.
4️⃣ לא לעזוב את המקום
החוק מחייב להישאר ליד הרכב עד לסיום התיעוד המשטרתי.
עזיבת המקום נחשבת לעבירה פלילית.
5️⃣ תיעוד מלא של זירת התאונה
לפני הגעת המשטרה, מומלץ לצלם כמה שיותר:
מיקום הרכב על הכביש
הנזקים לשני כלי הרכב
תמרורים / סימוני כביש
מצב הדרך (פניות, שיפוע, נתיבים)
מספרי רישוי
תמונות מזוויות שונות
פרטים של הנהג השני
פרטי עדים אם יש
תיעוד איכותי יכול להיות ההבדל בין זיכוי מלא לבין חיוב מיותר.
6️⃣ קבלת דוח משטרתי רשמי
עם סיום הבדיקה, המשטרה תנפיק דוח רשמי על התאונה.
זה מסמך חובה לטיפול בביטוח, מול חברת ההשכרה ומול הרשויות בישראל.
שמרו עותק מצולם + עותק פיזי.

תאונת דרכים במונטנגרו זה דבר לא נעים בכלל כאשר התקשרנו למספר של המשטרה 122 אף לא ידע לדבר אנגלית כאשר הגעיה המשטרה לקחו לנו את הדרכונים ולמחרת היינו בבית משפט בפני שופט בגלל תאונת הדרכים , וזה מבלי לציין שנהרסו לנו 3 ימים מהחופשה , או בגלל ההרגשה הזו בתאונה והייחס של המשטרה והשוטרים בשטח שלא דיברה מילה אנגלית וגם לא המוקדם של המשטרה נשאר לנו טעם מר מאוד מהחופשה במונטנגרו
אז המלצה שלנו תנהגו לפי החוק תנהגו לפי תנאי הדרך , לא לנהוג כמו בישראל , תנסו לנהוג בסבלנות ובסובלנות תתנו לאחרים למהר ולעשות שטויות
