המערה הכחולה ממוקמת בין זלטנה לוקה ו קאפה מאלה גורה בחצי האי המדהים בשם לושטיצה באי , המערה הכחולה זה אחד מפלאי הטבע הפנומנלים שיש לאורך החוף המונטנגרי
מערה הכחולה מחשיבים ליהלום של מישור החוף של מונטנגרו בגלל היותו טבעי ( שנוצר על ידי כוחות הטבע ) המערה הכחולה היא הגדולה ביותר במונטנגרו בסידרה של מערות כחולות שיש לאורך החוף המונטגרי , המערה הכחולה נוצרה בצלע ההר כאשר הצוק מעל גובוה מעל 30 מטר גובה מעל פני הים , המערה הכחולה עצמה נוצר בכוחות הטבע כתוצאה מהגלים לאורך אלפי שנים , וזה אחד הנקודות המרשימות בחצי האי לושטיצה
מערה הכחולה יש בעצם שתי כניסות : כניסה אחת שהיא הכניסה הקטנה ובצד הדרומי הגדולה יותר ( הכניסה הגדולה למערה הכחולה היא בגודל של 3 מטר גובה על 15 רוחב כאשר הגובה משתנה ) . דרך הכניסה הגדולה נכון להיום נכנסות ספינות וסירות ספיד באוט מהירות ( ככול הנראה בעתיד הקרוב יכול מאוד להיות שיהיה שינוי חוקים ולא יהיה ניתן יותר להכינס למערה עם סירות אלה רק בשחייה ) כידי לאפשר שחייה בטוחה לשחחינים במערה הכחולה . נכון להיום הכניסה של כלי שייט עדיין מותרת ותיירים והמטיילים נכנסים למערה על גבי סירות או כלי שייט שונים ויכולים להתפאל מהפלא הטבעי וכאשר נכנסים להנות מהצבע של המים ומהמערה עצמה . המערה הכחולה עצמה בתוכה הגובה הפנימי של התקרה עולה עד ל 9 מטר מעל פני הים שזה בעצם מאוד יחודי ובעצם השהייה במערה הכחולה של מונטגרו נוצרים חוויות עוצרי נשימה
